Exchanges & Returns – Our commitment to You
If you wish to return a product, please e-mail us at customercare@anja.ca stating your order number; the product name; product color; and product size for the item(s) you wish to return. In order that we may improve our products and service, please also state the reason for the return. We will then issue you a returns number which should accompany the products you are returning. Unfortunately, our distribution center cannot accept packages without a returns number.
As a customer, you would expect your newly purchased garment to be brand new and not previously worn. We know that you would want others to be treated likewise, and so garments are only defined as returns if they meet all of the following conditions:
1) Product is not worn outside of the house and
2) Product is not worn inside the house for longer than a few hours and
3) Product is not washed and
4) Product is in original packaging
